Below are a few pointers as to how to make your eyes look sexy.
1) Lighten the area under your eyes with a dab of concealer.
Before applying makeup to get your sexy-eyed look, you will want to dab some concealer underneath your eyes and on your lids. You can use
your fingertip or a makeup sponge.
The key is to dab the concealer, almost as if you are blotting it on. By taking this first step, you are lightening any darkness under your eyes. You are also providing a bit of a base for any eye shadow you choose to apply to your eyelids.
2) Apply eye shadow that works with your eye color.
Next, you want to brush some eye shadow on your eyelids. You do not have to be overly dramatic here, as the eye shadow is not going to be the main thing that will bring out your eyes.
The color you choose really depends on your eye color and what you are wearing. For nighttime, though, either a gray or brownish color works well.

4) Apply black eyeliner to your upper lids.
The final trick is a really important one. Take a pencil black eyeliner, and draw a line on each eyelid. You want the line to blend in with your eyelashes.
Make the line relatively thick, but do not go beyond your comfort zone. Picture how women in the sixties did their eyeliner. You may not want to go that far, but you are seeking a similar kind of look.
Once you get the line drawn on one eye, you will want to go over it again. The purpose of the eyeliner is to give an illusion that your eyelashes run deeper than they do. And, it is an

Finally, step back and look at your eyes. Is everything in place? Do you need to clean up any flecks of eye shadow? Did your mascara smudge anywhere?
